What does a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner do?
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and imbalances while helping to re-balance, using the Nutritional Foundations and support you to achieve optimal wellness through dietary and lifestyle changes.

What does a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner not do?
A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is not trained nor licensed to diagnose or treat pathological conditions, illnesses, injuries, or diseases or prescribe medications.

Do you offer in-person appointments?
To provide the most convenient and comfortable experience for my clients, I only offer virtual, one-on-one appointments through Practice Better.

Do you take health insurance?
No, I am unable to take health insurance. Insurance companies would restrict my approach for more comprehensive care. Insurance companies would also limit visits to short, 5-to-10-minute appointments, and most importantly they do not cover services considered holistic or integrative.

Is payment due at time of service?
While payment is required before commencing services, your Discovery Call comes at no cost!

Can I purchase supplements through you?
As a client, I will send supplement recommendations through Fullscript. You will then be able to purchase supplements through your Fullscript account at your convenience and at a discounted price!
